Message from the President

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would personally like to welcome you to the official web page of your Courtenay Alberni Conservative Association.  Our riding, located in the mid-island area of Vancouver Island, is steeped in history, rich in culture, and diverse in its constituents, its industry and its geography.  Our riding is home to vibrant indigenous and non-indigenous communities made up of families, professionals, schools and businesses with active citizens from all walks of life. The riding extends from coast to coast and encompasses 8,751 square kilometers of mid Vancouver Island. Our boundaries begin in Nanoose Bay in the south east, extend up the east coast of the Island to Courtenay (but does not include Comox)  and westward past Port Alberni through the majestic mountains, lakes, and forests of the Alberni Valley to a Canadian treasure, the Pacific Rim National Park.

As Conservatives we share strong values around hard work, prudent fiscal management, respect for the rule of law and individual responsibility.

This website is intended to give you a window on the activities of your electoral district association and up to date Conservative Party news.

I personally encourage every Courtenay-Alberni riding resident to take a few moments to browse the site and its contents and reflect on how the political process affects you.  Please use this site to communicate with us and to let us know what matters are most important to you.
